Still getting charged for channels I don’t have

I cancelled sky sports with immediate effect yet it still shows on my bill and future bills. I want my money back.

You can't cancel with immediate effect, you have to give 31 days notice.

Charges for Sky Sports continue during the notice period. Once the 31 days notice has passed your future bills should update to the new amount.

What shows on next months bill because as stated above 31 days notice ius required to cancel a TV package so any overpayment oce the sports channels have been removed should then appear as a credit.

Not what they told me on the phone and channels taken off straight away I can't watch them.

I've rang multiple times and every time get put on hold and then someone else comes on and go through same again after 4 times it's frustrating.

I'm sure it is, but the arrangement seems to be beyond what is normal for a cancellation, so I think you'll have to persevere with Sky. You could raise a complaint: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint
