Still being charged for broadband 3 months after cancelling and sending router back?

I cancelled both Sky Q and broadband in December and sent both the Sky Q box and Sky router back to Sky soon after.

 

But I'm still being charged 40 pounds a month and just noticed this recently. How is this possible if they have the router back?

How did you cancel and did you get an email from Sky confirming the cancellation?

thank you for your reply, I just checked back and I only see a cancellation email and it only mentions Sky Q being cancelled. But both Sky Q and the broadband were cancelled together at the same time

I think it is worth you checking with Sky to make sure that your TV and especially your broadband was cancelled.
