I cancelled both Sky Q and broadband in December and sent both the Sky Q box and Sky router back to Sky soon after.
But I'm still being charged 40 pounds a month and just noticed this recently. How is this possible if they have the router back?

thank you for your reply, I just checked back and I only see a cancellation email and it only mentions Sky Q being cancelled. But both Sky Q and the broadband were cancelled together at the same time
