Still being charged after paying off agreement?

I have paid off my credit agreement and have still been charged £75 for this month.

You're talking to other customers here and not Sky customer services...

 

Perhaps you cleared the balance whilst the payment was pending?  (Bills are produced 14 days before payment date so if you made the payment in that period then it wouldn't stop the payment)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
