Social tariff and new hub email

I am using my mums bt copper phone line and I using sky broadband on it. I unemployed can I claim the social tariff for my broadband even though I'm using someone else's phone line.

 

i have sky broadband unlimited on a copper line not fibre 

 

i am using mums bt line I pay for sky she pays for bt

 

i received a email saying that security on my Q HUB will end December and I have to order a new hub to get security will this hub be free or will I have to pay

It is free and will replace the Q hub you currently have.
