Sky write to me at an old email address
I changed my email address on my Sky account information a while ago but still emails keep coming in on the old email address, which won't be accessible soon. I've tried to explain the problem to the virtual assistant but it keeps telling me to change my email address on the account information. This isn't the problem as the email address on there is correct. Can anyone suggest what I should do?

You are going to need someone at Sky to look into this for you so to see if you can get past the bot try saying nothing if it asks you any questions and remain on the line.
Edit - I have just seen this post from another member about a primary email address on Sky's systems needing to be changed:
