Sky wanting me to return sky Q box
I recently re contracted my sky broadband (new box) and a new sky tv contract.
Sky sent me a package to return equipment (not sure if this is the old broadband box or they actually want my sky Q box).
sky have told me to ignore the box requests and messages I'm getting, but they keep coming. I've contacted them twice, but remained unconvinced by the call handlers information.
