Sky vip incorrect email address

Hi , when I enter sky vip competitions on all sports ones and events activities etc it puts an old out of date email address in and I have to re enter and correct it but on my account it shows correct email address how do I get old one removed as not sure where sky is getting this information from ?

Your email address might be shown twice on your account page here (user email and household account) so are they both correct:

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details

Also make sure "Send communications to my Sky ID email" is turned On.

Thank you , I've checked and both emails correct and send communications also turned on so still baffled

I have the same problem. Old, obsolete email saved in VIP but correct in Account Details. Did you ever get a fix?
