Sky tv package has been changed & not by me

I received an email from Sky to say I upgraded to Netflix premium, which I never did , my Netflix account was changed from my email to another 1 but that is all sorted now through Netflix , how do I contact Sky to change the Netflix account to standard & not premium.

has Sky or Netflix been hacked ??

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
