Sky tv not working so want to cancel

Sky have failed to address the problem with my sky tv reception. I have had no tv for 3 weeks despite phone calls and engineers visit. As they have failed to uphold the terms of the contract I should be able to cancel without notice?

If Sky agree that they can't fix it, yes. Discuss it with them.
