Sky took over £93.00 when my broadband contract is for £21.00 p/month
Tried to rais the issue with Sky, but online chat says it does not understand.

Have you compared this bill to a previous bill? If so what does the breakdown of your bill suggest this extra amount is for?
The most likely reasons are a discount expiring or you'd made non inclusive landline calls.
