Sky+ to Sky Glass issue

Ordered sky glass which has arrived. Do not want to unpack it as in middle of moving house. Want to keep watching my subscription on existing tv but tonight14 days after sky glass was delivered the subscription was turned off. How do I get it restored until I move and install sky glass? Thanks

Sky automatically activate Sky Glass 14 days after delivery, which is why, I imagine, your Sky+ subscription has terminated. I doubt Sky will reverse it, I'm afraid.
