Sky stream billing me twice for everything?

Hi my bill for next month with sky stream I have been charged twice for everything, there is 2 charges for sky entertainment, 2 for Netflix, 2 for sky sports, 2 for sky cinema and 2 for sky whole home , this has taken my 'bill' to £127.89 when it is only supposed to be £64.99, anyone had this? I'm not paying that, haven't added anything on etc

Have you checked the dates for each entry? Your bill might cover more than a month.

Hi @NicolaO1   If it is  your first bill, then it will cover two months, the previous month and the future month. Look for -XX days against any of the entries, e.g. -28 days. Future bills should be for the month in advance only.

One of them says 17th July - 15th August and the one directly under it says 16th August - 15th September, but my last bill was paid in full so I don't understand where it has come from, I'm never charged two months at the same time 🤔

It's not my first bill I've had it all for over 6 months now x
