Sky staff for subs and billing please

I got a new box and either it came a sky  trial 

I asked for it to stop when the trusl

ended

yet I've heard nothing 

I don't like community forums to get staff but I've now no other way

 the bot is hopeless 

im accessibility and have probs phoning 

 

soo please staff check my account has the trial

ended?¿ 

if it has have I been charged?¿

if so refund please

 

if not finished please cancel when it does 

 

I don't watch a lot of tv it's mostly binge watching as cant follow tv
