Sky signature picture

I turned my sky signature off by mistake could you please put it back on for me please len

You can't engage with a customer services rep on a public forum about your specific account. This is a Sky community of other Sky customers offering advice.

 

How have you managed to switch off your Sky signature package?

 

Have you tried calling sky?

 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

The signature package is the base package. If you want to cancel the cancellation you'll have to call Sky. Be aware the lines are apparently busier than normal at the moment.
