Haven't received the voucher, given that this week is a short week due to the Easter holiday's if you were told it would be sent by the end of the week you might have to wait until next week.

Hiya 

 

I was given a £15.00 Tesco gift card from sky as a apology  due to a advisor given me incorrect information about my tv services .  

when I clicked on the email link to use it keeps coming up with error message about the rewards not working. 

can someone tell me how to claim this Tesco gift card .

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

I have the same problem, I was given a £10.00 Tesco gift card from sky as a apology due to an issue with Sky Boost. 

when I click on the email link to use it keeps coming up with error message about the rewards not working. I have tried several times now but still get the same issue. 

Please can someone tell me how to claim this Tesco gift card?
