Sky q hub return

Hello, i have already returned the sky q hub a long time ago, and i am still receiving emails about having to return it and will be getting charged if i dont. But i returned it long ago and i have already told them that.

We understand returns are taking 2+ weeks to be processed and even then Unipart (who deal with the returns) are not the quickest in updating Sky equipment has been received. If you returned it longer ago than that and you’ve kept your proof of posting let us know in this thread and we can maybe get you some help from the Escalation Team. If you haven’t retained it any cancellation of non return fees would be at Skys discretion. Please don’t post an image of the Royal Mail tracking or postal receipt.

I have returned it more than 2 months ago, and everytime sky calls me i tell them the same thinf. Unfortunately i do not have any proof of returning it. But it was sent through royal mail.

After you return it did you receive any emails from Sky saying that they had received it ?

As stated, withoutout having proof of posting Sky have the discretion to remove non return fees but if you keep being told that it seems their mind has been made up.
