Hi @Dilpreet2014

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.
To contact Sky
Select Need more help
at the bottom of the following link and this will lead to a phone contact.
Ignore all automated messages and wait for an agent

So you need to phone Sky and see what (if anything) can be done about it.

if you are outside your minimum term contract or within the last 31 days you may be able to negotiate new discounts if you sign up to a new 18 month minimum term contract.

If you are still within your minimum terms then you should review any add-on packs (e.g Sky cinema or Sky sports) you no longer require and then phone Sky to see if they can be removed to lower your price.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
