Hi,
I cancelled sky in September and was charged my October bill. I see I have £47 in credit on my account. How do I get this? When do they pay this into my account?

Find out moreTo get you some help with getting this refunded I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Messaging Team may get in touch with you tomorrow.
Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll then have 48 hours to click on it and join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to each chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll just need to check the chat thread regularly.

Hello,
I think you will be invited to chat to SKY customer service through a chat bubble. They will ask you some questions for identification and if satisfied they will return the amount to your bank account.

Hi @David182 , did you get this resolved? I have the same issue (cancelled but was then charged for a month anyway, and it's saying there is 'credit' in account. Would be keen to hear the outcome.
