Sky overcharging me on monthly bill

I negotiated a new 24 month contract in January and i am being charged £20 more per month than what they emailed me to confirm my offer. 
ive tried ringing [Removed] and spoke to two separate people who acknowledged the mistake and said someone will ring back but they have never called me back. 
oh how i wish the customer service wasnt outsourced overseas

Sky aren't stealing anything. Have you checked your future bills to see whether 

 

a) the overcharged amount is showing as a credit on your account and

b) future bills are showing the amount you're expecting

All visible future bills are for the incorrect amount and they have told me that they see the problem and a specialist will be in touch, but they dont call
