I have had 2 payments for sky news come out on my account one for £3.49 one for £4.99 does anyone know what these may have been for? I haven't purchased anything on sky news
As Sky News is available free on platforms like Freeview nothing relating to Sky News in the UK should appear as being chargeable. Unless someone else can offer a possible source you'll perhaps need to speak to Sky or your bank.

I would dispute these payments with your bank as they could be suspicious payments.
