In case you’re unaware, this is a customer helps customer based forum and you aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services here. I presume owing that much the Sky services are restricted due to non payment. Nothing will be reactivated until payment is made in full. If payments default reaches 56 days Sky could cancel the account (but the amount would still be owed).
