Nope. Noone has been in touch from sky since I got cut off on the chat.

I too have some new documents, following some changes to my current subscription, that I cannot view.

 

Seeing what course of actions you followed in vain I'm not even going to bother trying to get Sky "Tech Support" involved.

Quite honestly in my experience most technical support, not just SKY's, don't have a clue what they are doing.

 

For what its worth, I have tried to access My Messages from several different computers / devices with a multitude of different browsers including a LINUX system using FireFox - same result = Sky's system at fault.

 

I'm now going to rely on the 'Give it time'  fix, where some idiot in the future (distant!) will relalise that some change / update they made caused this, then mysteriously the problem will be fixed long after yours and anybody elses cases will be marked as 'closed'

That's my thinking. If they set up these forums but don't have a human being picking up on serious issues then why do they bother....
