Sky is restricted

Hi,

I’ve been trying to access my account but it says my sky is restricted. I would like to change my payment date from 15th to 28th. I know that the change won't be effective till next month but I would like to get it sorted.

i also tried going through the AI chat and still failed.

Please assist.

To prevent confusion I suggest trying to change the payment date after  Decembers bill has been paid. Bills are generated two weeks before the payment date for Sky Q or Sky+.

Okay I can wait.

But I still have my issue of my account being restricted. K don't understand what that means. I have never been late for payment, there's no reason for that to be happening.

To see if they can help you with the account access restrictions I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Messaging Team may contact you tomorrow. 

Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
