Sky ignoring my decision to close account
my contract with sky came to an end in July and I was not made aware of this
multiple higher payments had been taken from sky and have put me in overdraft with a 5 year old child and my mental health problems has not helped me at all. They have blamed virgin for not completing the switch which they have and have given me proof they have completed the switch. But sky continue to deny I have cancelled my account and are still taking money
I have cancelled my direct debit and I'm being threatened with £10 every time I don't pay a bill also they want to charge me if I don't return broadband box (I have requested returns box multiple times) the call handlers are terrible and can barely speak English and have not resolved any of my issues . Can someone please help me I am paying for 2 broadbands but only receiving virgin

Re: Sky ignoring my decision to close account
Hi @Besh
You can use your own packaging and get free return labels Here
I would open a formal Complaint and keep all records in writing. If you used one switch then Sky broadband are clearly at fault.
Unfortunately, you have compounded your problems by cancelling your DD. This could lead to debt collection agencies knocking on your door and as you have discovered, late payment fees. It would have been much better to have got things sorted first.
There not much else we (other customers) can do to help you. Try the formal Complaint route.
