Sky have took 2 payments...

I paid my bill over a week early...this morning, Sky have still taken an extra payment. What do I do to get this refunded? I've tried to speak to a human, but no luck as of yet. Thanks for any help provided, this is my first time using Community!

You don't need to make such manual payments because if you do as you have done and do this to close to your billing date it will not stop Sky from taking the payment as they request this 14 days in advance.


If you see a credit on your account you will have to call or use social media to ask them to refund this for you,
