Disney + worked ok on sunday, on Monday night when we tried to access it behaved as if we never had an account. I logged onto my account and checked my payment history:
I have not cancelled or changed anything with my account , don't know what is going on! I then received an email from sky saying they had cancelled my disney + subscription:
We're writing to let you know that your payment for your Disney+ subscription is overdue and your services will be cancelled.
Never got any emails or messages saying that anything wasnt being paid!
Dopes anyone know, understand what is happening?
