Sky glass tv bill

If I had returned glass tv  and already pay using days bill. So why I pay  more  payment showing in bill. You can't force me to pay this money cause I have not any items or equipments which I am using now.

You are not talking to Sky on here as you are only talking to other customers. This might have happened if the bill has been created while you returning the TV so what do your future bills show and did you call Sky to cancel your subscription ?

Did you get  an email  with  a termination  date  on it and did you give sky 31 days notice, and were you still in your contract  as this could also be the reason

What happens on the day
 
The courier will package up the equipment when they arrive, so you don't need to worry about doing that.

If you are still be billed for it and not seeing a credit for any overpayment then you will need to call Sky about this.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
