Sky glass took 2 payments
Sky took 2 payments this month and I'm requesting a refund. How do I go about this? I don't want the credit I want a refund.

Was one payment for Sky Q and one for Sky Glass or were they both for Glass and were they on the same date, so were on the same bill or were they taken two weeks apart ?
