I agree, Seems like a particularly daft thing to make a 'moral' or 'ethical' issue of when a customer has already agreed to return Sky equipment in the first place, and will suffer the completely unnecessary consequences of failing to do so.

Fair point I agree, though I feel skys position is equally as daft.
