If you want the equipment collect it yourself, I do not work for sky, alternatively I can invoice you for my time. £50/hour minimum 1 hour

As you would be in breach of the contract you agreed to, Sky legal costs are potentially recoverable from you at the instruction of a court if things get that far. I'd seriously suggest you don't go down that route: it generally doesn't work out well.

Do you realise we are customers like yourself?
You have already agreed to return loaned equipment when you signed up. The customer is obliged to return it. If you don't you'll be charged as per this link
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/charges-for-not-returning-sky-q-equipment
Even then the equipment doesn't transfer ownership to you.

They can collect their equipment whenever they like, however they so choose?
I will not go out of my way to arrange this for them without compensation for my time sorry.

Then the non return fees will be charged. I'm not sure why you refuse to return something that isn't yours. Sky will not collect it but you can arrange Royal Mail to at no cost to you.

Certainly not exactly going out of your way to ask Royal Mail to collect it.

They can certainly try. I don't work for sky? I don't work for free?
If they want their equpment they can arrange collection, it has nothing to do with me. They should be able to operate their business without my involment.

Your constant refusal to return loaned equipment just means Sky taking action. There is nothing else we can suggest on here. Sky will not collect it!

Non return of a router is £50+. Sky would pass the debt to a debt collection agency and it'll impact your credit score.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Anonymous You have a vastly inflated sense of entitlement going on there, you are responsible for the return of the equipment and no amount of your frankly ridiculous ranting will change that, if you fail to return it then no doubt Sky will charge you and if you fail to pay that then debt collectors will be involved resulting in further added fees and possibly more serious action such as CCJ's.
It seems rather ridiculous to risk that just because you can't be bothered to either visit a post office or arrange for royal mail to collect the equipment....

Sure they try to charge that but I doubt the hardware is worth that much.

I have no entitlment over equpment just sky expecting me to go out of my way, but everyone here seems to work for sky.

I'm not ranting?

I wasn't however expecting such a backlash from the community for a more liberal viewpoint
