Sky equipment return charge

I have returned Sky equipment and an email saying it's on route back to them, however that was 3 weeks ago and now Sky are sending me emails to charge me for Sky box. The tracking on Sky site says they know it's on the way but not yet received.  Thankfully I kept the receipt but how do i contact someone to give them the information. I seem to be going round in circles. It's very frustrating as I cannot afford to pay for missing equipment when I have sent it back.

Re: Sky equipment return charge

Thanks for all your replies, thankfully Sky got in contact with me and the issue has been resolved, the warehouse it was sent too had not confirmed they had received it, but thankfully I had kept my receipt. Otherwise I'm guessing I would have been charged.. moral to the story... keep receipts!! It's worrying that this is a common issue as it would have cost me over £100 of if I had not had proof of return.
