Sky emailed me saying they have not received my equipment

Hi

 

I have returned my sky equipment, in a box provided containing my router and also the booster, however today i've received an email saying that they have not received the booster and i'm going to be charged for it? 

 

Both the router and booster along with all cables way enclosed within the same box.. they have confirmed receipt of the delivery.. 

 

What can I do? I returned everything as requested and I do not want to be charged for items which were delivered and they claim were not received.

Already did that then got cut off as the sky member said it was their home time and wasn't going to reply. Then never saw the chat option the next day
