Sky dish could not be mounted for me

I ordered Sky Q on Tuesday last week.  The engineer that scheduled and visited today could not mount the Sky dish for me, which means I may not be able to watch Sky TV. I am expecting my broad band to go live or activated on Wednesday 28th.

 

 I would like to know if Sky will now be able to deduct the billing for tv from my subscription?

If you are not a Sky TV customer then due to the dish not being installed the viewing card on the box wouldn't have been activated so you should not be charged for Sky TV.
