Sky credit for still being charged by old broadband provider

I moved to sky in December and the automated notification to the old provider talk talk should have taken place... I was still charged by talk talk without me noticing.

However I received an email from Sky telling me that an error had taken place and they were sorry to let me know they had not notified talk talk and that I needed to contact them to cancel my account and once this was done I was to claim a credit. I did this through the steps and advised a credit would be applied within 72 hours. Still nothing a week or so on!

Anyone else gone thought this process? And how long this takes?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@GA6

You could email Sky via this address - switching credit @sky.uk (all one word without the gap)
