What do you mean by 'closed'?  Have you actively contacted them, gave notice to cancel and had confirmation?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Yes all services have been cancelled, I paid the termination fee and sent all their equipment back in July. I am with EE and now tv with BT and they have done the switch over. I Paid a fee of £429 to sky. BT helped after with the bill. I cancelled any billing out of my bank account which was fortunate as SKY would still be taking money for nothing.

I am currently receiving emails say I owe them money, for WHAT!!

I can't speak to anyone about this and every number I ring puts me straight on to the automatic payment system.

I refuse to give my back details and so I get cut off.

Try to speak to a human is impossible, well SKY can go and do 1 as it was the worst decision I ever made signing up to them.
