Sky compensation

Hello I’ve just had Sky compensation put into my Sky Account. I would like it put into my bank account. How would I go about doing that?

That is paid into your Sky account approximately 30 days after the Broadband is activated. Bills bill be paid from that credit. I'm pretty sure it can't be paid into your bank unless you cease to be a customer.,
