I have been getting charged for sky cinema which I never signed up for. When the engineer came I was I told I would get a free 2 month trial for sky cinema and would be told when this was up for renewal in order to cancel.
Not only did I never get a text to cancel, I have also been getting charged for movies. How do I speak to someone to discuss a refund and cancelling this please..
