Hi,
Having taken advantage of the free 30 day (or 1 month) offer I have now cancelled well within the time given. Only thing is I still have Sky Cinema. How do I talk to Sky or get them to do their bit! Sky seem to be making everything harder for their consumer!

So unless you cancelled immediately upon taking the offer then you're paying for another month.

I would agree if I was on a contract with it; just re-read the T&C and they have to be inforned within the free trial period; if you dont you get up to 3 months at £6 a month. I've had the offer before but this time their not sending out the phone number and the one i had last time is now a nonsensical recording!

Not yet and thats what I trying to avoid; would be very easy if Sky respected their customers and gave a phone line!
