sky cannot issue my refund due to computer glitches l told.
They've had my funds for around 3 months due to a cancellation of my service I was due a refund £83 I've rang multiple times and the case has been escalated to be paid out manually in the back office I think they call it. The back office say they've resolved the issue but whenever they try to issue my refund the computer won't allow them to process it. They have no idea what to do it seems they keep sending it off to be looked at in the back office now 3 times. We are going around in circles and it's infuriating.
anyone else had this problem?

Find out moreTo see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

We are still no further forward. Just keep getting the same sms message saying Hi, it's Sky. Your enquiry is with the right team of experts. We will update you once this is resolved.
