I took out a contract with Sky for an Iphone 13 Pro Max, paid the phone off in September 2023 and they cancelled my credit agreement. I went to a different network for my phone however i still had my partners Iphone 13 Pro Max with Sky. When the time came to swap and upgrade i sent back my partners in August 2024 and they emailed me with the incorrect credit agreement number that had already been cancelled the year before. They have then continued to charge me for the Iphone 13 Pro Max and despite taking a look into this for me, looking at my previous bills etc this case is still not resolved. I initially raised it with them on November 1st 2024.
