Sky business phone number is not working

When I ring the sky number business number - it gives me options and when I press option 2 nothing happens - it keeps going round and round in a loop. 

Sky does not know of the problem clearly otherwise they will have solved it.  

Am I the only one with this issue?

99.9% of customers on here are almost certainly domestic customers so would have no cause to dial that number.

Perhaps contact Sky though social media?!
