Ive just paid off the full amount and added my direct debit payment but my broadband still isnt working the TV is workinv fine its been around 4/5 hours since i sorted it ive rebooted numerous times also done the service checks

Thank you I was confused because it says they've reinstated them and it's only my broadband that's not working my TV is all up and running
