Sky broadband not working after i reinstated it

Ive just paid off the full amount and added my direct debit payment but my broadband still isnt working the TV is workinv fine its been around 4/5 hours since i sorted it ive rebooted numerous times also done the service checks

@Chelseaclem Your payment must have cleared in that case. From previous posts, it takes a bit longer to get your broadband turned on again

Thank you I was confused because it says they've reinstated them and it's only my broadband that's not working my TV is all up and running

If your broadband had been suspended due to the bill being paid late then you will have to wait until the payment has been cleared by the banks.
