As noted above, Sky doesn't allow account transfers (only in very limited circumstances).
Are you sure the password isn't simply cached?

I use my own mobile phone and she uses hers
She sent me screenshots with sky messages, as I stated, money refunded etc
I'm still baffled how she does this

I'm confused, these are two broadband packages when I'm meant to be having one

Also I've been paying for one broadband
And they say I owe money for a second broadband
However only one broadband is meant to be in the house
Henceforth things have to be mitigated because I owe money for a second broadband when I really was paying for broadband but only one
I cancelled the copper wire one for ultra fast

Ultra Fast Broadbad is your broadband package.
Broadband boost is a number of additional services on your package as you can read about here:

I have been paying on time and paying every month and yet I owe money
I did receive one broadband and for some reason it is saying I have two broadband for the same address
The old copper wire got taken over or mixed up with the ultra fast fibre broadband
However I do not owe money as I've been paying every month
