Just notice on me bill added up a sky booster , how that can be added up whithout me consent.

'Broadband Boost' rather than 'a sky booster', I suspect. For a while now the Broadband Boost supplement has been included as standard and it's up to the subscriber to choose to remove it: you should have been given this option.
