I cancelled Sky Boost as we never used it. We are however subscribed for the next year and a half to Sky Broadband. Also into next year for Sky Q. We have been sent an email saying that we need to return equipment because we cancelled Sky Boost. I thought it was just an add on so why the need to send back equipment that we still require?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSky Boost is an add on should you don't need to return anything so you would need to call Sky about this so they can remove the charge. 150 is the number from a Sky Talk or Sky Mobile phone.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI would imagine it's because when you sign up to Sky Broadband Boost you get an upgraded router - a Sky Broadband Hub - to which you're no longer entitled if you cancel the Boost package.
