Sky bill problems

Why does the sky bills show canxellation vharges when you have not cancelled anything with sky this is most annoying

If your bills contain cancellation charges and you haven't cancelled and aspect of your subscription you need to call Sky and query it. 

Edit- did you speak to Sky about cancelling and then change your mind and renew?

Never spoke to anyone not even changed subscription or payment date this happens every month

Can you post an image of your bill showing this cancellation charge but making sure personal info like your name or account number are blocked out?
