Sky bill is higher

Just had a look at my bill due this month which is usually 109 a month but this month it is 218 when looking at the breakdown they billed me from the 19th Dec-18 Jan then the 19th Jan - 18th feb when I paid last month's in full 

I'm not a new customer at all so this shouldn't happen

How was last months bill paid, did you pay it manually or was it taken via your usual payment method ?

I paid it manually but I've paid my bill like that before and never had this problem before

You run this risk by making manual payments - they're not necessary, just let the direct debit to the job.

Is your Sky account in credit?

No it is not in credit its just 0

Can you post some images of these bills, if you do post them then make sure your account number and name are blanked out.

Are those two images from the same bill, if so can you also post the 19 December bill and even what would be your February one.
