Sky asking me to return but took out a new contract

Hi, I cancelled my sky q mini and recieved the return packaging to return the equipment. I then recieved an offer to return contract my sky q mini which I did. Now sky keep asking me to return the mini box, but this is now being used again. Will I be charged the non return fee even though I signed up to use the mini box again?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
