Sky are putting my bill up to £13 a month from April and we have been with you 14 years

He is a pensioner and we have been paying £83 a month last month it was £90 and next month it's going up to £96 a month and it's not going down at all

There are price reviews each year which unfortunately usually mean a price increase come April. It applies to all customers. Other providers do the same.

I am having the same issue!! It's gone from £70, to £80, then £93 and April is expected to be over £100!!!

 No idea why it keeps going up!!

It will be either or both of

a) annual price increase

b) discounted deal is ending

We are all in the say boat ours is going up from £65 to £93. I will be trying to get a better deal but I have noticed that new customers are getting offered better deals which is sad.

New customers will always get the best deal to get them in the door. You would probably have benefited from a new customer deal when you first joined. You would benefit with another provider as a new customer deal but in 18 months you'd be in the same position.

I have phoned Sky and to reduce the cost I have removed cinema and kept sports and reduced the bill by £40
